Coaches partner with clients to:

  • Address fears and challenges
  • Establish a structure and supportive environment to encourage goal attainment
  • Offer insight, fresh perspectives and feedback
  • Support personal accountability
  • Validate and celebrate the process

Discovery Consultation
Find out about coaching & how it can benefit you.

One-time coaching session
Address a specific issue, wellness, career, relationship or other life challenge, or provide insight to coping strategies.

Phone or in-person session
Comprehensive coaching plan on the phone or in person.

On-going support coaching
Purchase an account of session time every month and draw from it when you need it with coaching sessions by phone or email.
(This option is available after 6 months of coaching.)
